Gateway is not registering E164 address in gatekeeper

Hi all,

I have many gateways with FXS. There are phones directly connected to this FXS interfaces. The pots associated to FXS is a number with four digits (no extra digits). In this situation, the registration of gateway in gatekeeper work fine. But in some gateways I have only E&M interface cards. In this gateways, the pots is range of four digits:

Example:

FXS: 1110 (pots = 1110)

E&M: 3000 to 3099 (pots = 30..)

In the E&M case, the E164 address not appear in the output of show gatekeeper endpoint, and because of this is not possible to make calls to the E&M gateways.

What is happening ?

Probably you should follow the "Analog E&M Troubleshooting Guidelines"

and track down the problem described. Without your configuration any detailed analysis of the problem is above my capabilities.

Also have a look at "Configuring Voice Ports"

as a guideline for setting up your E&M configs.

thanks for your reply. Here are the configuration files of gateway and gatekeeper. I included the output of 'show gateway' and 'show gatekeeper endpoints' in the configuration files.
