Gateway on remote site

Hello,

I've one cluster with two sites, A & B. At each site, I've got 1 CM & 1 GW.

The Route Pattern to call outside is 0!

Users of site A & B are using the same route pattern to call outside.

I want that users of site A use in preference the GW of site A, and users of site B use in preference the GW of site B.

Is it possible with a unique route pattern?

Thanks

jp

Create 2 route groups, say rgA with that gw and rgB with the gw at site B. Create 2 route lists - rlA and rlB. rlA has rgA as first preference and rlB as second. rlB has rgB as first preference and rgA as second. Create 2 partitions - siteALD and siteBLD. Create 2 route patterns - 0! in siteALD partition, going to rlA, and 0! in siteBLD partition going to rlB. Change the CSS of users in site A to have the siteALD partition if they are allowed to call out. Users in site B get a site B CSS that has the siteBLD partition if they are allowed to call out. Site A callers will match on the 0! pattern in the siteALD partition and get sent to the site A route list (rlA). Site B users match on the 0! pattern in the siteBLD partition and get sent to the site B route list (rlB) that chooses that gateway first.

Hope this helps.
