I have a CCM 4.1(3)sr1 with one Pub and 3 subs. Installed CAR and can get reports for individuals and users. Gateway Detail and Summary reports are also fine.
But when I try to get report for Gateway Utilization I get the following error:
Error Code: 10012
Error Description: Database error. Contact System Administrator.
If anybody has seen this before, I really appreciate if you can share your ideas or suggestions. Thanks a lot.

There is a bug but not on the version of CCM that you are running (CSCea74562), I have also seen that when CAR has a wrong refernce to the DB it causes that issue and reinstalling CAR plugin resolves the problem.
