Is there a way to get stats onhow may phones you have and other information? I have used the real-time monitoring tool, but I have to count each phone. Let me now if there is anything else I can do. Many thanks in advance.

You can use MS Performance monitor to determine the exact amount of CM registered devices. Gateways, phones you name it. Take a look at CAR also.
