General Question about Contact Center

Hello,

I was wondering if there is a supervisor view or something that I can configure in the IPICD software that can be installed on the help desk's supervisor's PC so that he/she can monitor what help desk resources are logged into the contact center at any given moment in real time.

Browse to the CRS Appadmin page and go to plug ins. That is where you will download the Supervisor Desktop. In Deskton Administrator you have to specify that user as a Supervisor. Read the CRS docs to get a better idea.
