I have cm 3.12C with ART 1.1.1SPA installed. when i enable generating daily top N calls report, it makes high cpu utilization for many hours and the dc directory fails when art scheduler service restarted at midnight, then i can not access the user global directory using cm admin web page. Finally, i have to uninstall the dc directory and clean registery then re-install it again. Is there any solution to avoid that?
