I'm not real sure what you mean... you have to make an Exchange user a Unity subscriber before you can leave them a voice mail message over the phone if that's what you're asking. You can forward a voice mail from your Outlook inbox to a non Unity subscriber no problem (they get it as a WAV file attachment to an email).
