Get Busy when dialing Hunt Pilot

Very simple setup. Hunt Pilot DN 4000 -> Hunt List -> Line Group (1 member DN 2508). When I dial 4000 I get fast busy. Route this pattern is checked. What am I missing? thanks. cm4.12.

Are your calling search spaces and partitions configured correctly?

What happens when you dial 2508 directly?

Have you tried using Dialed Number Analyzer Tool, what result do you get?

Not using css/partitions

2508 rings when dialed directly

DNA shows HL as the end device.

When I dial Hunt Pilot it takes me to CFNA DN.

I was hoping I'm missing something obvious. Hate to do traces.

You can try using the Dialed Number Analyzer in the Call manager it is much more easy and gives you the complete path the call takes

It is working now. All I did was change the LG and HL names. I had really long names with spaces. After I changed to short names without spaces it started working. Go figure.

You have to Reset the hunt list after creation. Just go to the list and do a reset.
