Get Reporting Statisitics Longest In Queue

I am using a script to do some online reporting via a web page to display on 7960 phones, everything works fine except longest call in queue wait time. It always returns zero when querying a specific CSQ.

Any ideas, and has anyone run inot this before.

This is a known bug in the ICM release 4.6.2 . For more details, please refer the bug CSCma17328 in the BugTool kit at:

http://www.cisco.com/cgi-bin/Support/Bugtool/home.pl

The solution to this is, you could upgrade the ICM to version 5.0
