Trying to utilize a couple of get report stat statements in a script that would allow me to determine if the agent is talking or not as well as ready or not as if one is talking they are in a not ready state from what I've seen on the agent desktop itself. Based on the agent being not ready and not talking I'd like to dequeue the call and take it immidiately to another queue.
However, I'm using the Get Report Statistic statement to return values of Talking resources then an if statement basaed on that. Next another Get report stat returning the value of ready or not ready resources then another if based on that.
What I'm seeing is that the report stat varible evaluated is not accurate. I have an agent sitting not ready and not talking and it blows by the if statement like the agent is talking....
Any known bugs with this particular step? I'm running 3.0(2)
