Hi all<br>my customer has the following concern <br>If he calls a unity subscriber who doesnt answer the call, Unity plays the greeting of this user (lets say John)<br><br>After Johns Greeting is played a second system greeting is played wich states "you can now leave your message after the signal tone, after that you can hang up or wait for further options"<br>( I transalated the greeting from my German Unity may be not the exact wording) <br><br>HOW CAN I DSABLE THIS SECOND GREETING (I tried very long but had no luck)<br><br>My Customer dont want to get this second announcement !<br>He expects to leave his voicemail after Johns greeting <br><br>Is there a way to set this up??<br><br>Thanks for your help <br>Otto <br><br>
You can do this by replacing a couple prompts with silence (you never want to just delete a prompt, the conversation will get cranky if you do that). Also, be aware this is not a supported operation (i.e. TAC wont help you with this). And finally, when you do an upgrade of any kind, the prompts will be replaced with their standard counterparts and you'll have to do this again.
