Global Directory - Error - Couldn't create user object.[object Error] :

Hi everyone,

We have CM 3.2(2c) sp f and integration with Active Directory

I can't acess the user page in CM admin.

The following error occurs:

User Information

Basic Search

Error

The following error occurred while trying to load the requested page.

Couldn't create user object.[object Error] :

Also in event viewer appears the following error, that I don't know if it is related:

Event Source: Cisco CTIManager

Event Category: None

Event ID: 3

Date: 16-01-2003

Time: 11:53:39

User: N/A

Computer: CMSRV

Description:

Error: kCtiProviderOpenFailure - CTI application failed to open provider

CTIconnectionId: 7413

Login User Id: CtiFw

ReasonCode: 2362179683

IPAddress: 10.10.60.2

App ID: Cisco CTIManager

Cluster ID: CMSRV-Cluster

Node ID: 10.10.60.2

Explanation: Application is unable to open provider.

Recommended Action: Check the reason code and correct the problem. Restart CTIManager if problem persists..

Try the following and if that does not solve your problem you may want to contact Cisco over this.

1 Clean existing obsolete "ctifw" and its profiles (We did that through the phone)

2 Re-run Plugin

3-Configure the ctifw user by following the instructions at

http://www.cisco.com/univercd/cc/td/doc/product/voice/c_callmg/3_0/install/ad_3011.htm#xtocid30717
