Global directory error

by clicking -global directory- from the menu i can not c the normal search page.there is an error with no error number .

by this error all kind of services related to users are disabled such as softphone,ip phone services for users and etc.

i tried to restart ccm services and it helps sometimes but not everytime.

the ccm is 3.2(2a)

i have run an exe program that checks ccm and dc directory from cco site ccm health check- but it says no error, what patches do i need to install?

Guess, you have some DC Directory issues. Clean it up with the help of this document
