Global Softkey Template Change - 500+

I have 500+ phones all set with the "Standard" softkey template instead of a custom one that was created. I know we could change it in the device pool, but that changes the default, and these 500+ phones are already set to "Standard" instead of "None"

Is there a way to change all the key templates? It doesn't appear to be in BAT under update phones.

Justin,

Changing the Device Pool isn't going to help you in this situation as the Softkey Template configured on each phone will override the Device Pool setting.

So, you really only have one option, manually change each phones configured Softkey Template to the custom template.

Try the AXL SOAP API....

if all DN's are in the same partition it's not too hard........

I'll take that back, it's an update of a device thus the Partition has nothing to do with it!

Just the devicename is enough to set all those devices to !!!
