Good solid CM 3 and Unity Documentation.

As much as I look I have been unable to find good documentation on the Call Manager. I have some on the Unity as I previously attended the courses when they where owned by active voice. I am looking for anyone that can help me get my hands on CallManager training materials. I have a excess of router and switch configurations I am looking for server specifics. This is not limited to the possibility of purchasing the documentation from someone on this forum that has taken the Globalknowledge or other training.

I've done CIPT which covers the Call Managers and there's nothing in the course which isn't in the manuals here http://www.cisco.com/univercd/cc/td/doc/product/voice/index.htm. Is there something specific you are looking for?

I am looking for something that covers better descriptions of things like calling search spaces, partitions and things of that nature. While I have already read the CM 3.0 admin guide I guess I am looking for something more explanatory and not just configuration based.

For example I have been asked to allow a group of users to only make local calls. I am finding this to be a difficult thing to configure with the documentation I have. I am just using this as an example and if it is not this specifically then it will be something else.

I have document "Cisco IP Telephony Network Design Guide.pdf" for CCM 3.0(5). This document describe your examples.
