Got AvConvMsg_MC errors in App log, what does it mean.

I have Unity 3.1.5 and just got 7 errors and 8 warnings on AvConvMsg_MC. The message store (Ex 2K) is on another server. Below is just one of many errors from the log. What does this mean and what does that service do?

Re: Got AvConvMsg_MC errors in App log, what does it mean.

That particular error usually means you have a call handler looping around to itself, possibly with an empty greeting - Unity detects this "spin condition" and will terminate the call after it hits the same handler with no other intervening action some number of times (10 or 20 or thereabouts).

It's a call handler that has an object ID of {EF7D0351-EB5A-40CD-B30F-52CAB024C3A3} - it occurs to me they should probably make an effort to log the alias if they have it at their disposal but you can find this object ID in your system using the Cisco Unity Data Link Explorer (CUDLE) which you can get off www.CiscoUnityTools.com. It has a "find object ID" function under the file menu that lets you paste in the above GUID and it'll go find it for you - check that handler out and see if it's after greeting or after message actions loop back to itself or the like.
