GPickup in CME

How can I configure the GPickup feature in CME 3.2? Any help would be greately appreciated.

under ephone-dn tag

pickup-group (number)

assigning same number for all phones will automatically enable group-pickup so you wont have to press the number. if separate numbers are used then you need to press-group pickup and then dial the number you programmed to pickup call

Could you please let me know how can I activate the Login softkey on the phone with CME?
