GrantUnityAccess utility for Unity 3.02

I can't log into unity as Administrator with message "administrator not associated w/ subscriber.."<br><br>Sounds like I could use the GrantUnityAccess utility based on what I've read on other posts.<br><br>I can't seem to find this utility though? I looked at answermonkey & cisco's pages.<br><br>

It ships with Unity... you'll find it in the \commserver directory (it's a command line tool, no snappy GUI on it).
