Greeting Messages are garbled

When users post their greeting in Unity, their messages sound garbled and clipped. When they listen to the prompts or receive messages, they sound fine. When calling elsewhere, everything sounds fine. All codecs should be G.711 (I know that they are in Call Manager and the gateways<br><br>

What do you mean by posting the greetings?
Are the greetings garbled when they listen to them on the TUI themselves through the subscriber menus?
What are they using to record the greetings, TUI or AA?

They are clipping when the user listens to them on their IP Phone (7960). They are recorded clipped because when the user calls from any phone including PSTN they are clipped always at the same spot in the message
