If someone from an offnet phone calls into Unity, the volume of the subscriber's greeting is really low. The volume of the greeting when calling from another subscriber is fine. Is this a Unity or Call Manager issue? Is there any way to adjust the volume for outside callers? We are currently using Unity 3.0.1 and TSP 188.8.131.52

You will need to adjust the volume on the gateway to tweak this with the versions of code you have. My suggestion would be to upgrade to Unity 3.1(2c) which includes Automatic Gain Control (AGC). AGC will allow you to set a target DB level and Unity will adjust accordingly if the signal is too hot or cold.
