I am upgrading the hardware on our Unity server (22.214.171.124) and while testing the import utility on a test server I noticed the greetings & spoken names aren't available. I trying to find the wav files that I thought, automatically come over with the import/export utility. The subscriber info, COS, distribution list names and other info came over no problem. Any suggestions for me would be appreciate.

Greetings and voice names come over with an export/import, done lots and lots of these... they are not stored as WAV files in 2.x (they are in 3.x). You should find them as .STM files under the Exchsrv\RES share (shared as "resources").
How are you determining they are not coming across? Does the SA show a recorded greeting but you can't play it? Is the media master control gray/disabled?
