H.323 - FXO Config with 12.3 IOS - CCM 4.1

Could anyone point me in the right direction of an example configuration for the above? Or share theirs?

MGCP is successful, but does not support caller-id on the FXO-M1 cards. So it must be changed to H.323

Thank you for the response. The link did not really help me, but pushed me in the right direction.

There is a config here which is not completed related but has the dial-peer's and voice ports configured which was valuable. Got it working.
