H323 and SIP on the gateways

Hello there, I have an issue with boxes 5300 that have configured h323 and SIP. I haven't found what are the calls that are crashing those boxes, I am suspecting of the fax calls from SIP. Actually those boxes have the 12.2(13) release of IOS. Does somebody have a clue or have happened this?

In order to find the cause of this problem, you will have to gather the show tech, show log, show stack, etc

I was looking a lot for info navigating, but I was getting tired about searching. Maybe the problem couln't be directly on the h323 and SIP configurations on the equipments (have two and both issued the same problem, gateway crash). We also use some ata's on this solution, and maybe those are the responsibles of the problem. I'll try get deeper in this. Thanks for your reply.
