H323 gateway - G711 to PSTN?

All,

I have a single region for all of my devices using G711. How do I force all calls going out to the PSTN to use G711? It seems that all calls to the PSTN are using G729. I can manipulate it inbound using the "codec" command under the voip dialpeers, but how do you do it outbound?

If the gateway has the same device pool with the same region configured, then it should use g711.

Thanks, that's what I thought. I found an errant dial-peer used for a gatekeeper that was changing my codecs :O
