h323 inter-cluster trunk

I have 2 callmanger clusters, I want to connect them via a h323 inter-cluster trunk without using a physical gateway like the 3660. Is this possible,.

I created a h323 gateway with a inter-cluster trunk as protocol but it seems not to make any sense.

Does some know how to do it?

Re: h323 inter-cluster trunk

hi.

of course this is possible, and it is no problem at all.

you just have to configure everything ON BOTH ENDS , and take care of the route-plan .

as usual create :

- trunk ( ict-gateways )

- route groups with the gw inside

- route list that holds this route group

- finally, route the correct numbers onto the list , via a route pattern.

i use this constellation for connectivity between production and test-system in our office. works perfectly.
