h323 ports for VoIP need on firewall?

i will installing a firewall in front of the entry point to my VoIP networking and need to know which ports/services to open in order to allow the current VoIP services.

Common port numbers for H.323, MGCP, Skinny, and RTP are below.

H.323:

TCP 1720 (H.225)

TCP 11000-11999 (H.245)

MGCP:

UDP 2427

Skinny:

TCP 2000-2002

RTP:

UDP 16384-32767
