H323 & Voice Clipping

We have a T1 CAS and configured that gateway as H323. On some calls through that gateway (incomming or outgoing) we are experiencing clipping of the far-end voice.

I asked telco to ceck for bad tinmeslots on T1 and all is fine. Is it becasue of H323? Is there anything I can do, like change to MGCP? I m running ICS7750 Rev2, w/ CM3.1.2c and the T1 gateway is running IOS 12.2(4)XL1, EARLY DEPLOYMENT

If you haven't you should apply 3.1.2c SPx whatever it's up to now... or consider upgrading to 3.2.1, also with appropriate service packs. Contact TAC to see if they have any other magic software up their sleeves that might help too.
