I used it on a huge IVR/ACD implementaion, not with Cisco though. It is a great tool, but like you said very expensive. I loved the graphical scripting with Hammer CallMaster, made designing complex test scripts a breeze. I also used RADCOM, which was OK, on the version I used if you needed to customize scripts TCL scripting was used.
