I am programming IVR application using WTE (Microsoft Web Telephony Engine) with CCM's TAPI driver. WTE uses TAPI 3. I am having problem to handle multiple calls.
Multiple lines are setup in CCM to belong to a user, the lines are configured to 1) no call waiting, 2) on busy to other extension. So, if line 1 is busy, call will go to line 2, if line 2 is busy, call will go to line 3, and so on...
When WTE answers the first call, everything works fine. The voice prompt plays, etc. However, if a second call comes in, one of the two thing happened. 1) The voice stop on 1st line and continue to play on the 2nd line or 2) The voice stop on 1st line and 2nd line never hear anything.
Also, during DTMF input, sometimes the DTMF input is mixed up between two calls. 1st call's DTMF input is also showing up on 2nd calls, etc.
