CCM 3.1<br>Unity 3.0(1)<br>TSP 3.0.2.0<br>Windows 2000 (AD)<br>Exchange 2000<br>SQL 2000<br><br>I have my ports setup on CCM (right CSS, Partition, etc). Unity TSP is configured for Primary\Secondary CCM's. When I try to dial the first hunt number (7000), I get a fast busy. I can see the call coming in on Status Monitor, however status monitor gives me the following information.<br><br>Idle<br>State- PHTransfer LoadInfo<br>State - Play Greeting<br>Event is [HangupEvent]<br>State - HangUp<br>Event is [HangupEvent]<br>Idle<br><br>Obviously Unity is sending the call to a handup state. I just don't understand why????<br><br>Thanks<br><br>

Which codec is Unity and the phones set to use? CallManager phone traces will shed some light as to why the call disconnected.
