Hardware for CCM 3.3

I have two servers, one is a 7930 with 500 Mb RAM and a 7935 with 1 GB RAM. I want to know if these two hardware are compatible with CCM 3.3. I try to look for the hardware list in Cisco web site that support CCM 3.3 but with no luck. Any help is much appreciated

I have been trying to get a similar list but with no success so far. Having said that we have successful live systems on a standard 7815-1000, 7835-733 so far. There was a recent bulletin re 7815s, see below:

** The minimum supported memory for a 7815 and CCM 3.3 is 512MB, however many people have problems with this, and we strongly recommend 1G. Since this is likely to be the first thing that TAC recommend when you get a problem, it would be wise to install it from the start. **
