Hardware Standards

Are there any hardware standards for the CallManager/Unity servers? Is there a good/better/best scenario when it comes to creating a CCM cluster?

Re: Hardware Standards

hi,

there is no good, better or best scenario for the mcs server. it depends from many parameters to select a server (redundancy, how many phones, gateways etc.).

here is a quick look for the mcs server.

OOU,

Check out the CM Capacity tool which specs out the right server you need for the number of devices, call volume etc.
