Hardware Upgrade for CallManager 5.0

have a question about hardware upgrade for 4 MCS-7825H-3000 servers to support callmanager 5.0

I know that the minimum requirements are 2GB RAM and 72GB Hard Disk, and my servers just have 1GB RAM and 40 GB Hard Disk

My question is what parts numbers i need to buy to upgrade my servers ???

Piggybacking on the previous, given the choice between adding 1GB DRAM and 72GB (X2) SCSI drives to 3-year old MCS 7835s or replacing them with the "G4" models with the required components, which would you do???
