HDV problem

Hi All,We have 3640 with HDV-60-2E1,The problem is when our router is terminating a call it's can get only 6 channels or sometimes more 10 max...11 terminating call not heard in two directions(disconnect message is normal call clearing)we have 6X12 PVDM's installed in the HDV,the other problem is when we want originate the call from the router we

hear silence.Any ideas?
