Anyone having problems with headsets on the 7960 ? I have tried two seperate types of headsets and the XMT volume to the caller is very low, I have adjusted the xmt levels on the headset base, but can barely hear the caller from the 7960...

We have a couple of Plantronics headsets in use, with no volume problems. We have headset model H51 (Supra mono), with the converter cable (26716-01).
What version of CallManager, and what phone load?
