Casta,
You need to configure a user in the global directory with a user ID of
ac
and a password of 12345
the attendant console uses jtapi for call control and needs this user to log in to call manager.
I'm sure when Cisco get round to posting the installation instructions on CCO this will be detailed.

Paul,
I have create my user ac but without success.
In the release notes, he says :
Ensure you have associated Attendant Console devices with ac
user.
· All pilot point(s)
· All attendant phones
Note: Enable CTI Application use must be checked for this user.
I create user ac in Cisco WebAttendant User Configuration with the stations types "console".
For All attendant phones, what do i do?
Is it just Enable CTI Application use?

Casta,
Yes, you need to associate all devices that will we used as attendant console phone with the AC user.
Personally I would just associate all devices with it, but this depends on the size of the install, anything less than 200 extensions then it's just not worth filtering out non associated extensions.
