HELP!! CCM and directory

Hi all, I just upgraded my pub to version 3.3.3 and now the phone will not display the directory. It says host not found. On the CCM page I can add a user ok. But when I go to search I get

The following error occurred while trying to load the requested page.

Error in processing.\n userObj.getMaxSearchEntries()

[object Error]

I am not intergrated with AD

Any ideas

You need to first go to,

System - > Server - select each server and change the hostname field from HOSTNAME field to IP address, unless you are using DNS.

Now go to System - >Enterprise parameters

where ever there is a hostname reference to the Callmanager (the help URL, Directory URL etc), change it to IP address.
