Log in Unity as an administrator with two different PCs. One PC can click help and get help information . But the other one gets back an error message saying no web site found when click help button. What could be the reason? Thanks

What version of Unity is this? What is the browser version of the PC that doesn't work? Look under Tools > Internet Options > Security > Custom Levels and make sure the settings match between the browser that works and the one that doesn't work. Does IE on the Unity server function properly?

We found the pC didn't work is because its locale set up is Canadian english, the other one owrking is setup as US english. After we change the bad one's locale to US english, then it works. Here is another question, does Cisco uNity have Canadian English option, customer would like to buy that one and install it in the Untiy so that the other admin users don't have to change their locale in their PC?

It sounds like you ran into a defect, what version of Unity are you running?

Unity should attempt to load the language the clients browser is set to, if Unity is not localized for the language the client is set to, it should load the default GUI language. Your default GUI language setting can be found in the Unity system administrator.

Unity is 2.46. The only GUI language under Unity system administrator is US. You think the server is defected? The client browser was set to canadian.

There is no English-Canadian option with Unity. If the browser used is set up with Canadian english, then you'll want to change that before trying to run any unity reports as well.
