actually one of the things I was puzzled with was the command "isdn incoming-voice voice" command witch does not exist. the only commands available are data and modem. (the as5350 has an IOS of c5350-is-mz.123-11.T11 with a 4 port e1 pri module and two np-60 modules.). Same goes to the dial-peer command it only accepts "d or D" as it states in the CLI.
Your configuration look OK. On AS5350 there is no isdn incoming-voice voice command. Instead you should use incoming-voice modem, which you already have done. And add compand-type and cptone to voice-port.So potential problem could be with number translation. What you should try is to connect a SIP phone and make dial-peer voice to that phone and with appropriate translation test DID.
