I have Unity 2.4.6 integrated with a Cisco Callmanager. I have done this integration now 3 times for three diffirent clients. On all these installations I have the problem that the help button on the admin and user pages of the browser interface does not work. I have the same problem in my lab installation<br><br>
I also have this problem when click online help - get "the page cannot be found" this is only happening on lab setup (no other installs do this)- field help offers "?", but when click "?" get same message.
Callmanager is 3.1(2C) - recently upgraded from 3.0(11) (note: help for unity didn't work when CCM was 3.0 either) Unity is version 2.46(135) everything else seems to work (all that has been tested) (help files are under 3 directories (wwwroot\SAHelp\ENU\ AAFieldHelp, SAFieldHelp and SAPageHelp) if I point IE - http://server/sahelp/enu/sapagehelp/aboutguide.htm (for example) - brings up page
