help not working

when click online help - get "the page cannot be found"<br>this is only happening on lab setup (no other installs do this)- field help offers "?", but when click "?" get same message.<br><br>Callmanager is 3.1(2C) - recently upgraded from 3.0(11)<br>(note: help for unity didn't work when CCM was 3.0 either)<br>Unity is version 2.46(135)<br>everything else seems to work (all that has been tested)<br>(help files are under 3 directories (wwwroot\SAHelp\ENU\<br>AAFieldHelp, SAFieldHelp and SAPageHelp)<br>if I point IE - http://server/sahelp/enu/sapagehelp/aboutguide.htm<br>(for example) - brings up page<br><br>appears to be a pointer/link problem<br><br><br>

Have you tried running setup again? It should replace any missing files and update any broken pointers.

You might also want to try upgrading to the .161 build available on CCO
