Help on RM-CM Subsystem

Hi,

I had a big problem after a server restart.

The RM-CM Subsystem remain in OUT OF SERVICE state and into the mivr logs it says:

"com.cisco.wfapi.subsystem.WFSubsystemException: Unable to load CM workflow".

Just tried to refresh scripts and applications and also setup again the ICD resource groups and CSQ, but nothing to do.

Can anyone help me?

Thanks

Daniele

Re: Help on RM-CM Subsystem

Make sure somebody hasn't been "cleaning up unused scripts" in C:\Program Files\wfavvid on the IPCC Express server. You should have a workflow named 'cm.aef' in there from the default install. If it's missing, you have problems. You can reinstall IPCC Express or get a copy of cm.aef from a friend with the same version of IPCC Express.

Re: Help on RM-CM Subsystem

Check if the workflow scripts CM.aef and RM.aef are presented under C:\Program Files\wfavvid folder and these scripts are needed for RMCM

subsystem to be in service. If scripts are deleted/missing, restore those files back to bring the RMCM subsystem to IN-SERVICE

Make sure that the RM Users password has not changed and the right devices are assigned.

Re: Help on RM-CM Subsystem

Hi all,

yes, this was the cause. The customer's system admin deleted all the unused script few days ago (cm, icd, aa etc). To resolve I did a repository initialization, all the applications were reloaded and then an engine restart.

Now it works again.

Thanks a lot to all

Daniele
