HELP! Quick Transfer

I am trying to setup a quick transfer. I have a subscriber mailbox using the open greeting call handler. I am able to make quick transfers by putting the extension and #2. BUT, it is only working for a select number of users. It seems like it is working for the users that I have hand entered into unity but will not work for the people I imported.<br><br>

do those folks you imported have transfers disabled by any chance? #2 over rides the transfer but if no transfer is active it'll probably skip the greeting with the # and then try and action the "2" and you'll end up in some weird conversation location...

Actually after testing this a little further the #2 works but I am still wondering why the transfer of calls so it rings the desk doesnt work. Thank you for your response

What does it show under the page for transfer: transfer to the extension, or send to their greeting?

It seems that the problem is in the call manager we are still investigating
