Help using call pick up

I have a problem with my Cisco phones to answer a call on another capture group that I am not in it.

I am doing that Cisco documentation says me:

1. Go offhook on any available line appearance.

2. Press the More softkey and then the GPickup softkey.

3. Dial the Group Call Pickup number.

4. Press the Answer softkey.

I don't know what happen. I need help please.

I use CCM 4.1
