HELP with PBX error going through Cisco 7206

We are getting an error on our Nortel PBX (PRI254) when users call our remote sites going from a tandem PBX site.

"Database error: The DCH is interfacing with a software issue not supported by the application."

Action: "Verify that the release ID in the configuration record is the same as the software release running on the far end switch."

Severity: Critical

The only time it happens is when someone from another PBX site dials a remote site extension that has to go through a Cisco 7206. We have the Route from the 7206 to the PBX built as SL100 and the routes from PBX to PBX are built as DMS-100. Here lies the issue I believe. Has anyone cleared this issue? How?

You may want to try and build the circuits to match each other as this may be the problem.
