I have a question regarding the right debug /trace commands or a solution for the following problem. The environment for the problems are the following
HICOM<->QSIG trunk to <-> 2801 MGCP Gateway<-> Callmanager 4.1(3) SR1
The problem is a caller name transfer problem from the HICOM to the IP Phones. If a Hicom Phone call a IP Phone and the name from the Hicom user have a ä, ö or ü it was not displayed correctly on the IP Phone. Here are an example Schütze was dislayed as Sch]tze. I saw in the CCM trace Sch]tze but Id dont now if the names comes already from the Hicom.
