Hide transfer destination id

Hi,

I have this cenario: Ip phone A calls IP Phone B. Ip phone B transfer the call to Ip phone C, but when i do that, phone A will know the destination of the transfer, and i don't want that to happen.

I want to phone A just to see the number of phone B or a message or something.

Does anyone knows how to do that ?
