Hiding Users in Exchange

I've seen postings here that say that Unity 246, build x can see hidden Exchange mailboxes..great! That's what my customer wants. <br><br>However, she is not sure how to hide the users. I assume it is done in Exchange, right? Where, and how? Thanks in advance!<br><br>

From the Exchange Administrator, double click the Mailbox, click the 'Advanced' tab and the click the 'Hide from address book' box.

To find them later go to 'view' and 'Hidden Recipients' in the Exchange Administrator.

Also make sure the customer is not upgrading from a pre-2.4.6 version. Check out this post:
