Does anyone know what does this statistic mean? I'm using a 1750 with 12.2(6) and the "show call active/history voice" commands display this statistic. Also, does it have anything to do with echo?
That statistic is the highest number of milliseconds of delay recorded for that particular call. You can get some pretty good information about these kinds of statistics here:
