we have unity 2.46 UM installation integrating with call manager 3.0 When we ring an number and we get the customers greeting, after the greeting we get the Unity to option leave a message or hold for more options. If we hold we dont actually get more options, we do get the send message / delete message options but nothing else. can somebody please advise.<br>thanks in advance<br><br>Virundi.<br><br>
Check the "messages" page in the SA for your subscribers. There are a couple options on there that affect what callers can do after they record their message. They can edit it (i.e. add to it, rerecord it) or they can mark it urgent if allowed or, of course, they can opt not to send it at all.
Yes, we ar getting the options you have stated, however what the message actually says is you can record your messages after the tone OR wait for more options - what are the more options, please advise.
